RIVER ARNO
It’s not just in Venice that you can glide along the waterway of a beautiful Italian city, you can in Florence too!
The Renaioli will take you on a magical experience along the navigable portion of the river, passing under the Ponte Vecchio and Ponte Santa Trinita, up to the Ponte alla Carraia.
The Renaioli expertly guide the boats with a pole, similar to the gondolas of Venice or the punts of England’s Cambridge, and as you glide along, you’ll see some of the palaces and churches of Florence.
The traditional barchetti, are flat-bottomed boats, making this a pleasant and unforgettable experience.
